Property Manager

Responsibilities:
- To make sure that all of our property facilities is always in excellent condition. The job responsibilities include leasing, renewals, property maintenance, tenant improvement, supervision of contractor’s vendors, rent collections, tenant relations, budget preparation, comprehensive knowledge of operating statements and related reports.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Architecture), Business Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): PC literate with Windows, positive attitude, excellent communication skills.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the office building is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Job role in Property Management or equivalent.
