Head of CRM

Responsibilities:
- Head of CRM’s role is to supervise and maintain the installation, configuration, and support of the organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) software through best practices and management of a technical team.
- This person will analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality.
- He / She will also Apply proven communication and problem solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM software critical to business operations
- Planning both short and long term strategic objectives for CRM programs
- Continually building and refining knowledge base for customer base, including annual Situational Assessment and Marketing Plan for assigned segment
- Assessing competition and category dynamics, analyzing customer needs and identifying market opportunities.
- Developing CRM programs (including development of concept, strategy, targeting, execution and ongoing program management that are consistent with CRM goals and objectives)
- Managing day to day responsibilities of specialist assigned to team, directing Customer Analytics activities in the execution and measurement of CRM programs, and working with other line managers in the marketing to develop new products and promotions that drive segment equity
- Apply proven communication and creative problem solving skills to guide and assist team on issues related to the design, development and deployment of CRM program.
Requirements:
- Male / Female, max 38 years old
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable University
- Having a minimum of 3 years working experience (managerial level) in Customer Relation Management with preferred exposures in Telecommunication or Banking Industry
- Strong analytical skills and being comfortable with statistics and quantitative analysis are crucial for this position, as well as being a strategic thinker, problem solver thru creative way, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an intense, dynamic environment.
- Having network and relation with merchants and other CRM partner
- Language Competency : Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Familiar with pressure of high target environment
Channel Management Supervisor Jabodetabek
