The Relationship Management Development Program is a 1 year continuous program to develop fresh graduates and in-experienced candidates in becoming Retail Managers.

The main responsibility of this position is to support branches in generating revenue. The role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers. You will meet targets for both revenue and number of customers, thereby increasing customer portfolio. Building good relationships with customers will also aid in delivering better business outcomes.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year experience will be ideal for this role. Good English communication skills will be required. Candidates with bachelor’s degree or master’s degree will be preferred. You should be result oriented, self-driven, ambitious, and independent.
