The Relationship Management Development Program is a 1 year continuous program to develop fresh graduates and in-experienced candidates in becoming Retail Managers.

The main responsibility of this position is to support branches in generating revenue. The role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers. You will meet targets for both revenue and number of customers, thereby increasing customer portfolio. Building good relationships with customers will also aid in delivering better business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and promote business relationships with new / existing customers.
• Promote all types of products, especially to credit products - Home Loan Product
• Tracking, maintaining and analyzing customer data.
• Analyze financial statements and manage risks.
• Influencing development of sales and pricing strategies, market penetration and service expansion within assigned accounts.

Requirements:

• Male or Female, max. 25 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any degree background with minimum GPA 2.75
• Candidate must be dynamic, energetic and highly motivated.
• Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skills as well as analytical and learning capability.
• Competent in English and computer literate.
• Willing to be placed in Major Branches across Indonesia
